Ketamine Integration Art Session (Test)
Explore your ketamine journey through art and insight
Service Description
Ketamine Preparation & Integration: Creative Connections This offering provides a grounded, creative space to prepare for and integrate ketamine experiences—before and after dosing, and beyond the session itself. Whether you join the full 9-week bundle or attend a single integration session, Creative Connections offers structured support for reflection, meaning-making, and integration through art, communication, and guided group exploration. Rather than analyzing or pathologizing experiences, we focus on helping you translate insights into understanding, language, and everyday life. Sessions combine accessible art-making, reflective prompts, and optional group sharing to support intention-setting, emotional processing, and integration. Creativity becomes a way to explore what surfaced during ketamine sessions—sensations, images, shifts in perspective—especially when those experiences are difficult to put into words. This offering may be a good fit if you: Want support preparing for ketamine sessions with intention and clarity Are seeking a non-clinical space to process and integrate experiences afterward Feel drawn to creative or visual ways of reflecting and making meaning Want community and structure without pressure, advice, or interpretation The 9-week bundle offers continuity and depth, allowing time to build intention, integrate multiple experiences, and notice patterns over time. Single-session integration groups offer a flexible option for focused reflection and support around a specific experience. No art experience is needed. Participation is flexible, and sharing is always optional. This is not medical care, psychotherapy, or ketamine treatment. It is a creative, educational, and relational support space designed to complement medical ketamine care—not replace it. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, grounded way to integrate ketamine experiences and carry insights into daily life, this offering invites you to slow down, reflect, and connect—creatively and intentionally. Facilitated by Catherine Walters and Kristin Sheehan, Creative Connections is co-led by two facilitators who bring complementary backgrounds in communication, creativity, and somatic-informed practices. Together, they create structured, supportive spaces that center safety, consent, curiosity, and creative exploration.
