Creative Connections Cancer Support Workshops

Live Virtual Workshop Series

In partnership with Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation

An 8-week live, virtual creative support group for individuals navigating cancer, including patients, survivors, and caregivers.

 

Through guided art-making, somatic practices, reflection, and group discussion, participants are invited to explore self-expression, emotional processing, creativity, and connection within a supportive community environment.

  • No artistic experience needed

Preparation & Integration for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Self-Paced Guided Creative Experience

An 8-part on-demand creative preparation and integration series designed to support individuals engaging in ketamine-assisted therapy.

Through guided art-making, reflective prompts, somatic awareness practices, and creative exploration, participants are invited to process, express, and integrate their experiences in meaningful and personal ways.

This offering is designed to complement clinical care and support participants navigating experiences related to chronic pain, chronic illness, trauma, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and emotional healing.
